The Active Ingredient Is: Casein (Micellar Casein)

Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein that offers a steady trickle of amino acids over several hours, which helps your body stay fed and repaired. This version gels up in the stomach, which allows nutrients to release gradually to cover daily protein needs and overnight upkeep.

This formula uses micellar casein from milk and adds digestive enzymes to help absorption, with a probiotic to support gut comfort and digestion.

What Does Casein Do?

Casein digests slowly to give amino acids over a long stretch, helping to support overnight repair and upkeep of muscle tissue. This slow release matches typical metabolic function and supports protein turnover during fasting periods.

Evidence and nutrition guidance emphasise that steady amino acid delivery can help with muscle maintenance and recovery in line with EFSA-consistent nutrient ideas.
