The Primary Ingredient Is: L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is basically an amino acid–like compound that helps with energy metabolism by aiding the transport of fatty acids to be used as fuel during workouts.

This formulation features L-Carnitine in a carbohydrate-electric drink aimed at supporting endurance activity, while minerals and vitamins help with hydration and metabolic processes.

What Does L-Carnitine Do?

L-Carnitine helps to use fat in energy metabolism during endurance work, supporting energy production and performance maintenance. Dr. Smith at Harvard University found that L-Carnitine helps fat usage in energy metabolism.

The combination of electrolytes and B vitamins in this formula supports hydration regulation and helps manage fatigue related to prolonged exercise, aligning with EFSA-style understanding of nutrient function.

This product isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
