De WeCan X-02 is een lichtgewicht, draagbare scootmobiel die in slechts vier hoofdonderdelen voor de kofferbak kan worden opgesplitst, zodat reizen, opbergen en dagelijks gebruik allemaal eenvoudig zijn. Alle rijbedieningen bevinden zich op het stuur en de accu kan worden opgetild om op te laden waar dat handig is. De draaibare stoel maakt het op- en afstappen eenvoudiger, en de anti-tipwielen en automatische rem zorgen voor meer vertrouwen op stoepranden en hellingen. Klasse 2 scootmobielen zijn bedoeld voor gebruik op de stoep tot een snelheid van 6 km/uur en mogen niet op de weg worden gebruikt, behalve om deze over te steken.
