Micellar casein is a slow digesting milk protein that gives a steady stream of amino acids. This form comes from milk in a natural protein matrix and makes a gel in the stomach to slow digestion.

Its slow release action helps prolong amino acid availability, making it great for stretches without meals and overnight recovery.

Scientific research shows micellar casein helps overnight amino acid delivery, supporting muscle protein synthesis and maintenance during fasting periods. The slow digestion delivers a steady amino acid supply to promote overnight recovery and minimise protein breakdown. This mechanism keeps muscles fed during longer periods without meals, contributing to normal muscle function and recovery processes. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
