The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a quick-acting source of top quality protein sourced from dairy, rich in essential amino acids that help support muscle tissue maintenance and growth. This form mainly includes whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, providing a complete amino acid profile.

This protein matrix may include added amino acids and digestive enzymes to aid digestion and absorption.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein participates in protein synthesis and supports the upkeep of lean muscle mass as part of a balanced diet. This aligns with EFSA and NHS insights on normal protein function in healthy adults.

Evidence suggests whey protein helps post-exercise recovery and adaptation by delivering essential amino acids that support muscle repair and growth. Dr. Pasiakos from the University conducted work indicating whey protein can promote lean body mass gains when combined with resistance exercise.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
