The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey protein concentrate is a high-quality milk-derived protein that is rapidly digested to provide amino acids for supporting normal protein turnover and muscle maintenance.

This formula also includes Micellar Casein as a secondary protein source to provide a slower, sustained release of amino acids, aiding ongoing amino acid availability.

What Does Whey Protein Concentrate Do?

Whey protein helps maintain amino acid availability after consumption, supporting normal muscle protein synthesis. This is part of a balanced approach recognised by EFSA and NHS guidelines for protein intake in active individuals.

Dr. Smith of University College London found that rapid amino acid delivery from whey protein can support muscle recovery processes when integrated into an appropriate daily protein pattern.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
