The Active Ingredient Is: Protein (Milk, Hydrolysed Wheat, and Soy Protein Isolates)

Protein gives the building blocks for body tissues and helps normal muscle function and recovery after exercise.

This blend brings together milk, hydrolysed wheat and soy protein isolates to create a complete protein mix that delivers high quality amino acids. This formula also includes fibre and low sugar caramel, which help support satiety and gut health alongside the protein’s role in daily bodily functions.

Benefits & Features:

Protein takes part in muscle protein synthesis and helps keep lean body mass during activity. Dr. Layman from the University of Illinois found that adequate protein supports muscle repair and growth in active people, aligning with EFSA guidelines on protein intake.

The mix of protein with prebiotic fibre supports normal digestion and may help control appetite, as supported by EFSA-regulated guidance on fibre use in the diet.
