The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a high-quality dairy protein that delivers all nine essential amino acids in a rapidly absorbed form.

This preparation combines whey protein concentrate and isolate from grass-fed cows and includes a digestive enzyme blend to support protein breakdown and absorption.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein plays a role in providing the amino acids required for normal muscle maintenance and recovery after exercise, supported by its fast absorption and leucine content.

EFSA supports the role of essential amino acids in normal muscle function, and research indicates whey’s rapidly absorbed protein can aid post-exercise recovery and protein utilisation.
