The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine anhydrous is a purified form of caffeine used to provide rapid stimulation and support mental alertness. It is a well recognised stimulant present in various plant sources and is commonly used to support energy needs during demanding training or cutting phases.

This form is a concentrated, dry caffeine source that is often derived from coffee and tea plant materials, designed for easy incorporation into formulated products.

What Does Caffeine Anhydrous Do?

Caffeine anhydrous helps maintain energy and focus and is involved in supporting metabolic activity related to energy use. This aligns with EFSA and NHS-style guidance on normal physiological function in adults during physical activity.

Dr. Dulloo of the University of Lausanne found that caffeine and green tea extracts can support energy expenditure in people following specific regimens, which is consistent with caffeine’s role in supporting activity-related metabolic processes.
