Vitamin K2 jako MK-7 je menachinonová forma vitaminu K s dlouhým řetězcem původně identifikovaná v natto, japonské fermentované sójové potravině. Vitamin K přispívá k normální srážlivosti krve a k udržení normálního stavu kostí. Vitamin D přispívá k normálnímu vstřebávání a využití vápníku a fosforu, k normální hladině vápníku v krvi, k udržení normálního stavu kostí, zubů a svalů a k normální funkci imunitního systému.
