L-Glutamine is the body's most plentiful free amino acid, helping support rapid tissue growth, protein synthesis and immune cell function. It is a pure amino acid compound used by the body for recovery processes after training and for gut barrier maintenance.

This form is L-Glutamine powder, a single-ingredient amino acid supplement built for mixability with drinks. It is sourced as the pure amino acid to help muscle repair and immune support as part of a balanced wellbeing routine.

What Does L-Glutamine Do?

L-Glutamine helps muscle recovery by assisting shuttle nitrogen into muscle cells and supporting intramuscular amino acid levels, which keeps normal tissue turnover. It also plays a role in supporting immune function and gut barrier integrity during periods of physical stress.

This information explains how L-Glutamine participates in these normal bodily processes and its involvement in overall wellness linked to exercise and recovery.
