The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a high‑quality dairy protein that provides essential amino acids and is rapidly absorbed by the body.

This form is derived from milk and refined to contain a high proportion of protein with minimal fat and lactose.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate plays a role in supplying amino acids that support normal muscle protein turnover and recovery after exercise. Scientific research suggests it can help support muscle mass and strength in healthy adults after resistance training.

In general, it provides leucine and other BCAAs that participate in muscle protein synthesis, contributing to the body’s natural repair processes following exertion.
