The Primary Ingredient Is: Calcium Caseinate

Calcium caseinate is a long-digesting protein sourced from milk, creating a gel in the gut to steadily unleash amino acids across many hours. This variant comes from premium micellar casein and is often used to help sustain muscle upkeep during long fasts, like overnight.

It offers a top-notch protein source with extended amino acid supply, which helps keep protein equilibrium when times between meals stretch out.

What Does Calcium Caseinate Do?

Calcium caseinate plays a role in maintaining muscle protein balance by providing a sustained release of amino acids, supporting overnight protein availability and recovery. Its slow absorption is associated with greater satiety, which can support hunger control during calorie-conscious patterns.
