The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Branched-Chain Amino Acids, comprising L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, are essential nutrients that support muscle protein turnover and normal muscle function.

This powder form provides BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, with the three amino acids contributing to metabolic processes involved in exercise and recovery.

What Does Branched-Chain Amino Acids Do?

Branched-Chain Amino Acids play a role in muscle protein synthesis and may help support recovery and reduce post-exercise soreness, aligning with guidance from EFSA and NHS perspectives. Dr. Jäger of the University of Rostock found that a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio can support recovery in active individuals.

The combination of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine also participates in amino acid metabolism and energy production during physical activity, helping maintain normal function during and after exercise.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
