The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)

Branched-chain amino acids are a core set of essential amino acids that matter for everyday muscle metabolism and overall protein balance.

This formula also includes glutamine for recovery, and citrulline malate for better blood flow, plus an electrolyte blend to help hydration and performance, which support the main job of BCAAs in muscle support.

What Does Branched-chain Amino Acids Do?

BCAAs take part in muscle protein synthesis and help to limit muscle breakdown by flipping on the mTOR pathway, contributing to recovery after exercise. They may also influence fatigue by competing with tryptophan in the brain, while citrate-containing ingredients support blood flow during activity.

EFSA and related evidence recognise that staying hydrated and proper nutrient delivery matter for performance, with electrolytes helping nerve signalling and fluid balance.

This supplement isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
