The Active Ingredient Is: L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is a not strictly essential amino acid that helps with the production of nitric oxide, which can support blood vessel function and circulation.

This form is usually sold as a pure amino acid or in upgraded formulas to boost bioavailability and nitric oxide activity, helping to improve blood vessel response during workouts.

What Does L-Citrulline Do?

Scientific evidence shows that L-Citrulline may raise nitric oxide production, supporting blood flow and muscle pumps during workouts. This mechanism matches EFSA and NHS understanding of how nitric oxide relates to circulation and performance in the body.

Dr. Gonzalez of a university found that boosted nitric oxide production can accompany improved exercise performance and blood flow, emphasising the role of L-Citrulline in vascular function.
