The Active Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine

L-glutamine is an amino acid that plays a key role in supporting normal immune and intestinal function. It is considered conditionally essential under stress or heavy training conditions. This form is a naturally occurring, readily utilised amino acid in the body.

This ingredient is understood as a primary fuel for immune cells and enterocytes, contributing to overall metabolic support. It is involved in supporting acid-base balance and the synthesis of other amino acids and glucose during stress.

What Does L-Glutamine Do?

L-glutamine aids in immune function and gut integrity, and participates in the maintenance of muscle protein during intense exercise, according to research summaries from researchers at a university. NHS/EFSA-aligned evidence highlights its role in normal physiological processes related to recovery and metabolic support.

Dr. Cruzat of a university has described its role in supporting immune cells and gut lining cells, contributing to recovery after strenuous activity.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
