The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a premium milk derived protein that delivers essential amino acids for tissue upkeep and everyday bodily functions.

This blend brings whey protein isolate together with ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate to form a protein mix, with digestive enzymes papain and bromelain included to aid digestion.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein supports the standard function of muscle tissue and helps to supply amino acids post activity, supporting recovery and adaptation.

Dr. West from the University discovered that whey protein helps to support muscle recovery after exercise, and the presence of digestive enzymes could support protein digestion and absorption.
