The Primary Benefit Is: Energy Provision and Recovery Support

Energy provision and post-exercise recovery are supported by carbohydrate intake from rice-based sources, which help replenish glycogen stores and maintain energy availability during activity.

This formula uses rice flour as the carbohydrate source to deliver readily digestible energy, with flavours and sweeteners included to aid taste and palatability.

What Does The Primary Benefit Do?

Carbohydrates provide glucose for energy production during and after exercise, supporting ongoing performance and recovery processes. Scientific research suggests that maintaining glycogen stores through carbohydrate intake can aid recovery and energy metabolism.

Dr. Ivy of the University of Bath found that post-exercise carbohydrate intake helps maximise glycogen resynthesis and supports energy balance after training.
