The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine

Caffeine is basically a stimulant that helps energy and mental focus through training sessions, and keeps you sharper. It helps the body stay alert and responsive during tough activity.

This form is a widely used stimulant in sports nutrition, often included in pre-workout formulations to help peak performance readiness.

What Does Caffeine Do?

Caffeine supports energy and focus during exercise, contributing to heightened alertness and motivation as part of everyday physiological responses to stimulant intake.

Evidence from sports nutrition guidance notes these effects can boost short-term performance and cognitive clarity during workouts.
