The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a complete, high‑quality protein sourced from milk and rapidly absorbed by the body. It provides essential amino acids in the right proportions for supporting everyday protein needs. This product uses a blend that includes whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and whey peptides for quick uptake.

Whey protein is derived from milk and is commonly processed to maximise purity and digestibility. The combination of forms helps ensure a broad amino acid profile and efficient digestion to support athletic nutrition goals.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Scientific research suggests whey protein after resistance exercise contributes to muscle protein synthesis and supports lean muscle mass and recovery in adults.

This effect is linked to the fast absorption and complete amino acid profile, with leucine playing a key role in activating muscle building. The mechanism aligns with EFSA guidance on protein function in active individuals.
