The Active Ingredient Is: Milk Protein

Milk protein provides essential amino acids that act as building blocks for tissue repair and daily maintenance of lean mass. This ingredient is derived from milk and serves as a high-quality protein source within the shake.

Milk protein is sourced from dairy and forms part of a complex blend that supports protein delivery in a convenient ready-to-drink format.

What Does Milk Protein Do?

Milk protein plays a role in supplying amino acids necessary for muscle recovery after exercise, contributing to the maintenance of lean body mass. Scientific evidence supports the role of adequate protein intake in post-exercise recovery and overall nutrition.

Dr. Tang of the University of Texas found that protein intakes around the exercise period can maximise muscle protein synthesis, helping support lean muscle repair and adaptation.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nutramino’s science-led approach to convenient nutrition made them a natural partner for Welzo. This brand champions practical, milk-based protein that delivers essential amino acids quickly, aligning with our aim to support lean muscle repair after training while also offering a broad range of vitamins and minerals for daily vitality. The product provides 15 g of protein per serving, which sits within the evidence-based minimum threshold known to stimulate lean muscle repair after exercise, while higher intakes can offer additional benefits for many individuals post-workout.

Nutramino is designed for active, time-pressed lifestyles, integrating high-quality protein with micronutrients to support recovery and energy metabolism. This focus on a balanced, convenient solution resonates with our UK customers who value efficacy and simplicity in one ready-to-drink format. Our partnership was evaluated by our expert team of doctors, nurses, and nutritionists for compliance with our quality certification process, ensuring product standards meet Welzo’s stringent expectations.

Together, Nutramino and Welzo offer a dependable, science-backed option that delivers clear value and customer reassurance for this supplement.
