The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate (Milk)

Whey protein isolate is a high-protein supplement derived from milk, rich in essential amino acids and rapidly absorbed to support post-exercise recovery and muscle development. This form is highly purified with minimal fats and carbohydrates.

This form is sourced from whey protein isolate with 91–94 percent protein content, supplied as a clear, fast-miss drinkable powder designed for easy mixing.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps maintain amino acid availability to support muscle repair and growth after training, and it participates in muscle protein synthesis according to EFSA-aligned guidance. It also supports faster recovery following exercise, as noted in clinical literature.

Dr. Phillips of the University found that whey protein supplementation enhances whole body anabolism and muscle recovery following exercise.
