Förpackningen innehåller två typer av kapslar: vita kapslar för daglig användning och blå kapslar för nattanvändning. De innehåller 500 mg paracetamol, en smärtlindring och feberreducerande; 25 mg fenylefrinhydroklorid, en dekongestant för att lindra nässtockning; och 5 mg koffein för att bekämpa dåsighet.
De blå kapslarna är avsedda att användas på natten. De innehåller 500 mg paracetamol och 25 mg fenylefrinhydroklorid, som de vita kapslarna, men istället för koffein innehåller de 5 mg difenhydraminhydroklorid.
