The Active Ingredient Is: Milk Protein Isolate

Milk protein isolate is a dairy-derived protein containing a complete profile of essential amino acids, supporting muscle protein synthesis after exercise. It provides a high quality amino acid supply, including leucine, which is important for muscle repair and growth processes.

This form is sourced from dairy proteins and is recognised for its bioavailability, contributing to a balanced protein blend in athletic nutrition.

What Does Milk Protein Isolate Do?

Milk protein isolate participates in muscle protein synthesis and helps provide the amino acids necessary for normal muscle function after physical activity. It also supports sustained energy balance by contributing to protein intake alongside dietary fibre-rich and low-sugar components.

EFSA acknowledges the role of protein in supporting muscle function and maintenance as part of a balanced diet, aligning with the product’s fibre and micronutrient profile to support everyday physical activity.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
