The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a top-notch dairy protein used to help support normal muscle function and tissue repair through its amino acids content.

This product uses a multi-source whey protein blend drawn from concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate, giving a readily absorbed protein supply with naturally occurring BCAAs.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein helps to support muscle protein synthesis and recovery after training, contributing to lean muscle gains in studies. Dr. Morton from the University of Bath found that whey protein supplementation during resistance training is linked to bigger increases in lean body mass and strength. The presence of BCAAs, particularly leucine, participates in muscle protein synthesis.

The information reflects normal physiological roles and fits EFSA guidance on protein function.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
