Rengør og tør det berørte område.
Fjern bagpapiret fra gipsen.
Påfør gipset forsigtigt på det berørte område.
Lad gipsen være på plads i op til 24 timer.
Gentag denne proces efter behov, men brug ikke mere end to plaster på 24 timer.
Fjern gipsen forsigtigt uden at trække i huden.
Vask din hud med varmt vand og sæbe om nødvendigt.
