Dispense a 4 to 10cm strip of gel onto the affected area, enough to cover it thinly, and massage gently until absorbed. Do not use more than 30cm of gel in a 24-hour period. Wash hands after application, unless treating them. Continue using the gel in this manner for up to two weeks, or longer if advised by your doctor, until your condition improves. If symptoms worsen or persist beyond two weeks, consult your pharmacist or doctor before continuing use.
