The tablets can be sucked, chewed, or swallowed and can be split in half if needed. Take them up to 30 minutes before travel to prevent motion sickness or when nausea begins.

Child's age and dosage:
- Over 10 years: 1 tablet every 6 hours
- 4 - 10 years: ½ - 1 tablet every 6 hours

Administer as needed, but do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Not for children under 4 years.

Tips to prevent travel sickness:
- Sit with your head tilted back to stabilize ear balance.
- Ensure good ventilation in the vehicle.
- Maintain a clear view out the window.
- Eat a light meal before traveling, avoiding greasy foods.
- Take regular breaks for exercise, fresh air, and snacks when traveling by car.
- On a plane, suck a boiled sweet during takeoff and landing to relieve ear pressure.
- Do not read.
- Avoid strong smells like food, smoke, perfume, or petrol.

Do not administer Kwells Kids tablets to your child if they: are allergic to hyoscine hydrobromide or any other ingredients in the tablets, have glaucoma, have an intestinal blockage, have a narrowed stomach outlet, have myasthenia gravis, or have an enlarged prostate gland. Consult your doctor before giving Kwells Kids tablets to your child if they: are under medical care, especially for heart, metabolic, gastrointestinal, liver, or kidney issues; have had a sudden painful inability to urinate; have ulcerative colitis; have diarrhea or fever; have Down's syndrome; or experience seizures. This product is only for children over 4 years old. As it may cause drowsiness, children taking this medication should not be left alone. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if your child is taking or has recently taken any other medications, including non-prescription ones. Do not give Kwells Kids tablets if they are taking any of the following medications unless advised by your doctor: amantadine, antihistamines, antipsychotics, antidepressants, linezolid, domperidone, metoclopramide, or sublingual nitrate. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Kwells Kids tablets as it may increase drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Do not take Kwells Kids tablets if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless recommended by your doctor or midwife. Overdose symptoms may include fast or irregular heartbeat, difficulty urinating, blurred vision, or sensitivity to bright light. Hallucinations may occur. If your child shows any of these symptoms or has taken more than the recommended dose, contact your doctor or nearest Accident and Emergency Department immediately. Like all medicines, Kwells Kids tablets can cause side effects, though not everyone experiences them. Some people have reported blurred vision, dilated pupils, dry mouth, drowsiness, and dizziness. You may also experience increased body temperature due to reduced sweating. Less commonly, restlessness, hallucinations, and confusion have been reported. If you are epileptic, you may experience more frequent seizures. Some people may be allergic to the tablets, experiencing difficulty breathing, coughing, wheezing, or symptoms like rash, itching, and swelling. If you experience any of these effects or react adversely to the tablets, inform your doctor immediately.
