Sådan bruges:

Fortynd nellikolien før brug, typisk ved at blande den med en bærerolie, såsom oliven eller kokosnøddeolie.
Påfør en lille mængde fortyndet olie på det berørte område.
Massage forsigtigt i flere minutter.
Gentag processen efter behov.
