Ensure to mix with water. For adults: Mix 1-3 capfuls in an 8-inch water bath. Soak for 10-20 minutes, then pat dry. For infants: Mix 1/2 to 2 capfuls in a small water bath. Gently apply over the body with a sponge, then pat dry. For skin cleansing: Apply a small amount to wet skin, rinse, and pat dry.
