Shake the bottle before use. For gastrointestinal disorders: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) of silicolgel three times daily, preferably before meals. Silicolgel can be taken undiluted or mixed with water or tea. After symptoms improve, continue using silicolgel for a few more days. It also helps with similar symptoms caused by dietary changes during travel or holidays. If symptoms persist after three days, consult a doctor. With diarrhea, ensure to drink enough fluids to replace fluid loss.
