Begin using at the first signs of a cold, such as a throat tickle or sneezing, before the cold fully develops. It can also be used when you feel at risk of catching a cold. For adults and children aged 12 and older: Spray 2-3 times in each nostril, up to 4 times daily, with at least 4 hours between uses. Do not exceed 4 applications in 24 hours. Follow the instructions in your leaflet: Keep your head upright, insert the nozzle into your nostril, and aim it outward toward your ear. Press the pump 2 or 3 times with firm, even pressure. Avoid deep inhalation. Repeat for the other nostril. For optimal results, continue using for 2 days after symptoms disappear.
