Detach the vial for use. To open, twist and pull the tab. Tilt your head back and look up. Gently pull down the lower eyelid, place one drop of Xailin Fresh in the space between your eye and eyelid, and blink a few times to distribute the drops evenly. Repeat for the other eye if instructed to use Xailin Fresh in both eyes. Discard the vial after one use. The typical dosage is 1 drop, applied 2 to 4 times daily as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. You may also apply 1 to 2 drops directly onto the contact lens before use.
