The Active Ingredient Is: Protein (Plant-Based Protein Blend)

Protein is a macronutrient essential for tissue maintenance and growth, providing amino acids for cellular processes and muscle repair. This formula combines pea protein isolate, brown rice protein isolate, and faba bean protein concentrate to form a complete plant protein with all nine essential amino acids, including roughly 3g leucine per serving.

This protein blend provides a complete amino acid profile from plant sources and includes fibre from inulin and essential fatty acids from flaxseed powder to support overall nutritional balance.

What Does Protein Do?

Plant-based protein supports muscle recovery and growth by supplying essential amino acids required for muscle protein synthesis. The inclusion of leucine in the blend helps maximise this process, while the fibre from inulin supports digestive wellbeing and satiety.

Evidence suggests plant-based blends can be effective for muscle needs when they provide all essential amino acids, alongside dietary context and activity levels.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
