This service is designed for customers whose scooter requires inspection, servicing or repair outside of their complimentary repair or warranty coverage.

What's Included

Your repair service includes:

• Collection of your mobility scooter
• Initial technical inspection and fault diagnosis
• Standard repair labour for minor faults
• Safety and functionality checks following the repair
• Return of your scooter following completion

How It Works

1. Book your repair

Purchase the Mobility Scooter Repair Service and provide us with your order details and information about the fault.

2. We arrange collection

Our team will contact you to arrange collection of your scooter.

3. Inspection & diagnosis

Once received, our technicians will inspect the scooter and identify the cause of the problem.

4. Repair

Where the issue can be resolved within the standard repair service, our technicians will complete the repair.

5. Return

Once repaired and tested, your scooter will be returned to you.

Important – Additional Charges May Apply

The price of this service covers collection, initial assessment and standard minor repair work.

Additional charges may apply where:

• Major or extensive repairs are required
• Replacement parts or components are required
• The scooter requires significant additional labour
• The scooter requires a major service or refurbishment
• There is substantial accidental or physical damage
• Specialist repairs are required
• Your collection or delivery address is outside our standard service area or is significantly further away than our normal collection network

Where additional repair charges are required, we will provide you with a quotation before carrying out the additional chargeable work.

You will not be charged for additional repair work without your approval.

Original Packaging Required

Your scooter should be securely packed in its original scooter box and protective packaging ready for collection.

If you no longer have the original box or suitable protective packaging, we can arrange for replacement packaging to be sent to you.

Replacement box & packaging: +£25

This charge must be paid before the replacement packaging is dispatched.

Please do not send a scooter inadequately packaged, as mobility scooters can be damaged during transportation.

Collection Location

Our standard repair price is based on collection and return within our normal service network.

For customers located significantly further away or in areas that attract additional courier or specialist collection costs, an additional collection/delivery charge may apply.

We will advise you of this before arranging the collection wherever possible.

Major Repairs & Parts

The repair service does not include unlimited parts or major repair work within the initial price.

Examples of additional chargeable items may include:

• Replacement batteries
• Motors
• Controllers
• Electrical components
• Wheels and tyres
• Structural components
• Significant accidental damage
• Extensive labour
• Major servicing or refurbishment

If our technicians identify additional work, we will contact you with the findings and quotation before proceeding.

Please Note

Purchasing this service does not guarantee that every scooter can be economically or technically repaired.

If inspection identifies extensive damage or a repair that is not economically viable, we will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding.
