The Core Ingredient Is: Leucine (Essential Amino Acid)

Leucine is one of the essential amino acids required for normal protein metabolism and tissue maintenance.

This form is free-form and is part of an essential amino acid blend used to support amino acid availability for muscle protein synthesis during activity.

What Does Leucine Do?

Leucine is involved in the initiation of muscle protein synthesis, a process that supports protein turnover in skeletal muscle. This role is consistent with guidance from EFSA on essential amino acids and their functions in normal metabolism.

Studies indicate leucine can contribute to amino acid availability during training, helping to support ongoing protein synthesis and muscle maintenance.
