The Primary Active Ingredient Is: Amino Acids (Branched-Chain Amino Acids)

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and play a key role in muscle metabolism and recovery.

This supplement delivers amino acids sourced from hydrolysed protein and whey hydrolysate, including branched-chain amino acids, along with arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and B vitamins which back energy metabolism and protein utilisation.

What Do Amino Acids Do?

Amino acids are involved in muscle recovery and energy metabolism, supporting protein synthesis as part of everyday bodily function. This aligns with guidance on energy and protein metabolism from health authorities.

Dr. Ellis from the University of Bath found that branched-chain amino acids help muscle recovery, which complements the product's amino acid profile.
