Για τους ενήλικες, ο συνιστώμενος τρόπος κατανάλωσης του συμπληρώματος πρόκειται να ξεκινήσει με 13 σταγόνες στο νερό ή το χυμό και να αυξάνεται σταδιακά κατά 2-3 σταγόνες την ημέρα μέχρι να φτάσει στη βέλτιστη δόση, που θα ληφθεί δύο φορές την ημέρα.
