The Active Ingredient Is: Beta-Alanine

Beta-Alanine is a handy non-essential amino acid that helps boost muscular endurance by raising muscle carnosine, which aids buffering acid during tough high-intensity efforts.

This version is included in a high-stim pre-workout blend to back sustained performance and workout capacity.

What Does Beta-Alanine Do?

Beta-Alanine helps keep muscle pH stable during hard training, backing endurance and repeated efforts, which is just how buffering works and why it can support real performance gains.

EFSA-recognised functions include supporting normal muscle function during strenuous activity, with benefits linked to improved endurance and performance in high-intensity exercise.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
