The Welzo Veloce Auto is the scooter for people who have had enough of wrestling with folding frames. Tap the NFC card, press the button, and it folds itself in seconds into a 52 cm package that rolls into a car boot, a train vestibule or an aircraft hold. Unfold it the same way at the other end and you are off – no bending, no lifting heavy sections, no help needed.
Underneath the aerospace-inspired bodywork is a serious piece of engineering: a 250 W brushless motor that climbs 15° hills, a 150 kg weight capacity, and two quick-release lithium batteries that give you up to 10 miles between charges. Because each battery pops out, you can charge them indoors at a desk or a hotel room, and carry them in the cabin when you fly.
