The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a top-notch dairy-based protein that provides a full amino acid lineup essential for muscle support and repair, and this form digests quickly, supplying amino acids fast after exercise.

In this product, the main ingredient is whey protein isolate, a protein source naturally rich in essential amino acids and leucine, helping lean muscle processes after training.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps with muscle protein synthesis and adds to muscle recovery through fast amino acid delivery, especially after strenuous activity. This mechanism fits with daily protein needs and aligns with UK EFSA guidance on protein function, which makes sense.

Dr. Tang from the University of California found that whey protein boosts muscle protein synthesis after exercise, supporting lean muscle adaptation in trained individuals.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
