The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine)

Branched-Chain Amino Acids provide essential amino acids that support muscle metabolism and energy during activity. This formulation is vegan-friendly and sourced from fermentation, with an Informed-Sport tested standard for quality and purity.

This combination includes the BCAA trio in a 2:1:1 ratio and is complemented by additional components such as L-glutamine, coconut water powder, magnesium citrate and B vitamins to support overall energy and hydration.

What Does Branched-Chain Amino Acids Do?

Branched-Chain Amino Acids help support muscle repair and may assist with reduced fatigue after exercise, contributing to recovery and performance during and after workouts.

In the broader nutritional context, magnesium and B-vitamins support energy metabolism and neuromuscular function, while coconut water powder aids hydration. This aligns with standard nutritional understanding of how amino acids support normal muscle function.
