The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Blend (Concentrate, Isolate, Hydrolysate)

Whey protein is a dairy-based protein that offers key amino acids essential for muscle growth and upkeep.

This blend brings together concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate to deliver a full amino acid profile and high bioavailability for supporting normal protein synthesis and recovery processes.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein is involved in muscle protein synthesis, helping maintain lean tissue as part of an energy-balanced diet. Studies indicate whey supports amino acid delivery to muscles, contributing to normal muscle function.

Dr. Tang from the University of Texas found that whey protein stimulates muscle protein synthesis, supporting muscle function as described in EFSA-aligned evidence.
