The Active Ingredient Is: Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)

Essential amino acids are the body's key building blocks for protein synthesis, used to help muscle repair and growth after workout. This product provides a broad mix of EAAs sourced from fermented plant-based proteins, designed to be vegan-friendly and sugar-free.

This mix also contains a robust BCAA subset within the EAAs to help rapid utilisation during training and recovery, with plant fermentation used to deliver the amino acids in a clean vegan form.

What Does Essential Amino Acids Do?

EAAs help with muscle protein synthesis and recovery after exercise, while the BCAA portion helps maintain muscle protein content during activity. L-Glutamine is also present to support immune function and quick recovery during periods of intense training.

Dr. Wolfe of Harvard University found that EAAs and BCAAs before and after exercise can accelerate muscle recovery in active individuals.
