The Active Ingredient Is: Lutein (Carotenoid)

Lutein is a natural carotenoid that contributes to ocular health and is commonly found in eye-supporting nutrient blends.

This form is a purified lutein suitable for incorporation into multinutrient formulations.

What Does Lutein Do?

Lutein helps support healthy eye function by filtering blue light and stabilising retinal membranes, a mechanism noted in ophthalmic research.

Dr. Richer of the University of Montreal found evidence supporting lutein’s role in protecting retinal tissue, aligning with EFSA-style reasoning on eye health maintenance.
