The Active Ingredient Is: Sodium

Sodium is an everyday electrolyte that helps balance fluids and supports nerve function. It tends to matter in keeping hydration during workouts.

This variant is supplied as an electrolyte in drink mixes to help fast fluid uptake and electrolyte upkeep, supporting performance in active folks.

What Does Sodium Do?

Sodium helps with fluid balance and supports nerve conduction, helping to keep normal muscle function during exercise. It aids with hydration when losses happen through sweat.

Dr. Smith from the University of Bath found that electrolytes aid hydration during exercise, lining up with guidelines on electrolyte replacement for active adults.
