The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine

Caffeine is a core nervous system stimulant frequently sipped in tea and coffee and is used as an active ingredient in dietary supplements.

This version is a plant-based stimulant that is typically sourced from plants and is included to help with energy-related aspects of metabolism.

What Does Caffeine Do?

Caffeine helps to support energy expenditure and is involved in promoting a state of heightened alertness, with the potential to influence fat metabolism through thermogenic mechanisms as part of normal physiological processes.

Its role in energy regulation and metabolism aligns with general explanations of stimulant and thermogenic ingredients used to support daily activity and body composition goals.
