The Active Ingredient Is: Magnesium

Magnesium is a key mineral involved in a broad range of everyday bodily functions.

This formula gives magnesium as part of trace minerals sourced from natural reserves, together with a wide range of other trace minerals that live in seawater. The blend helps balance minerals and supports the body's mineral status within overall wellbeing.

What Does Magnesium Do?

Magnesium is involved in regular muscle function, electrolyte balance, and maintenance of bone structure. It also supports metabolic processes and may influence mood and energy production as part of recognised mineral roles.

Evidence summaries from health authorities emphasise these baseline physiological functions, reflecting the nutrient's contribution to daily health and wellbeing.
