New Roots Herbal is a family-owned Canadian supplement company founded in 1985 and based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, with a long-standing practitioner heritage across Canada and Europe. The company manufactures under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) conditions and operates its own ISO 17025-accredited analytical laboratory, where raw materials and finished products are tested for identity, potency and contaminants before release. This emphasis on in-house verification, transparent labelling and fully declared ingredient forms is why Welzo's healthcare professionals assessed the brand for alignment with our standards and found it a natural fit for our commitment to clear, quality-led nutrition. Vitamin B12 Complex uses methylcobalamin rather than the cheaper synthetic cyanocobalamin, and supplies a clinically meaningful 1000 µg per capsule in a wholly plant-based format, so it serves the vegan and vegetarian customers for whom B12 matters most. New Roots Herbal's decision to build the capsule on a red beet, pau d'arco and dandelion base instead of inert fillers, with every component quantified on the label, illustrates the brand's whole-formula approach. This attention to formulation detail reinforces our trust in their quality philosophy.
